Ingredients

  • DUMPLINGS:
  • 2 cup biscuit mix
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dash of thyme
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 quart water + 1 tablespoon salt
  • TURKEY MIXTURE:
  • 1 Package (½ pound) Simply Delicious Turkey Breast
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Instructions

  1. DUMPLINGS:
  2. Combine all ingredients together.
  3. Roll dough into ½ inch pieces.
  4. Bing water and salt to a boil.
  5. Simmer dumplings for 3 minutes.
  6. TURKEY MIXTURE:
  7. Chop turkey.
  8. Heat up oil in a pot.
  9. Sauté turkey.
  10. Add flour and stir well.
  11. Add stock and cream.
  12. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  13. Add parsley.
  14. Add dumplings.
  15. Simmer for 7 minutes.
  16. Enjoy!
