Ingredients

  • 1 cup Land O’Frost Premium Black Forest Ham
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cheddar jack cheese

Instructions

  1. In a pot heat oil and sauté ham.
  2. Add water and cream and bring to a boil.
  3. Turn down to a simmer and whisk cornmeal in.
  4. Add salt and cheese.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
