  • 12 slices Simply Delicious Honey Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground sage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg


  1. Combine flour, water, olive oil, sage, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until dough is soft but not tacky to the touch.
  3. Roll out dough to 1/8th inch thick and cut dough rectangles approximately 3in x 5in.
  4. In the center of the rectangle layer with half a slice of cheese and three slices of turkey.
  5. Egg wash the edges.
  6. Top with another piece of dough. Crimp edges.
  7. Egg wash the entire pocket and dock the top.
  8. Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
