Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 packs of Land O’Frost Bistro Favorites Roast Beef
  • 3 medium carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 3 small washed and unpeeled potato, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 medium stalk celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 small onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 quart beef stock
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat pan
  2. Add vegetable oil
  3. Sauté carrots, onions, celery and meat
  4. Add pepper and salt
  5. Add Flour
  6. Stir
  7. Add potatoes
  8. Stir
  9. Add Beef Stock
  10. Add Sprig of thyme
  11. Bring to a boil
  12. Cover and cook for an hour or until stew is thick and potatoes are tender.
