Summer means heat and birthday parties, afternoons by the pool or watching the kids run through the sprinkler while the sun beats down. During the heat of the summer we (kids especially) need to stay hydrated, and let’s be honest, kids will only drink so much water. I’m not a big fan of sugary pre-packaged drinks and so many juices contain tons of sugar. Try this berry-filled alternative as a welcome treat.
