Appetizer, snack, dinner – these cheesy baked beef sliders are all that and more. They’re ready to eat in less than 15 minutes, plus the recipe is so easy, even the kids can help. If you’re serving them as a meal, just add a side of vegetables or mixed greens for a balanced plate.

Ingredients

  • Bistro Black Pepper Beef
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning spice mix
  • 6-8 Slices of pepper jack cheese
  • 12-15 slider buns

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream and ranch spice mix together
  2. Separate buns and top the bottom buns with cheese
  3. Spread the sour cream spread on the cheese
  4. Layer on the meat
  5. Top with the other half of the bun
  6. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes
  7. Cut and serve
