Beef and broccoli in brown sauce is classic Chinese takeout food, and with Chef Tim’s super quick recipe, you can make it at home in less time than it would take you to call in an order and go pick it up! Ingredients

  • 1 Package Bistro favorites Roast Beef
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups of Broccoli

Instructions

  1. Chop roast beef
  2. Add oil to pan
  3. Sauté beef
  4. Add onions, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, parsley, and cornstarch to the beef
  5. Stir
  6. Add beef stock and soy sauce to the pot
  7. Bring to a boil
  8. Turn down to a simmer
  9. Add broccoli
  10. Serve and enjoy!
