Turkey, Apricot & Brie Panini

Sweet and savory is the perfect blend all rolled into one sandwich. To bump up the nutritional content, simply add some green! Fresh arugula or spinach would pair deliciously.

  • 2 slices multigrain ciabatta bread
  • 1 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 2 slices Brie
  • 4 slices of Simply Delicious Honey Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter


  1. Preheat the panini maker (or skillet) to medium-high heat.
  2. Spread the apricot jam on one side of the sandwich.
  3. Set the Brie on top of the jam.
  4. Layer the turkey on top of the cheese.
  5. Top with the other half of the sandwich.
  6. Spread a small amount of butter on both sides of the outside of the sandwich.
  7. Place on the panini maker (or skillet, flipping halfway through) and cook until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown, about five minutes.
  8. Serve immediately.
