Healthy Bagel Sandwiches

So today I am sharing my favorite sandwich to eat with these bagels. I figured the sandwich is around 200 calories. Not bad for a sandwich. Plus it is very filling. Now I have only been adding sprouts and cucumber to my sandwich lately, but if you like other veggies on your sandwich go for it. Raw veggies are low in calories and good for you. You could add tomato, shredded carrot, spinach, etc.

Refreshingly Meaty Chop Salad

I love salads, love them. It’s one of my favorite things to eat especially during the summer when it’s 110 outside with 100% humidity! They’re crisp and cold and so refreshing but, often lacking that extra something (meat) that my husband is convinced is required in order to call it a meal. I loathe standing over a hot stove/oven/skillet etc. when it’s that hot, so I created a chopped salad using lightly toasted lunchmeat, and it’s now one of my favorite go-to salads.

Too Serious For Breakfast Quiche

One of Rachel Matthew’s family’s favorite treats is to have breakfast for dinner (brinner) but, she’s not terribly keen on high sugar for dinner so, quiche is a wonderful compromise. It’s fairly simple to make, healthy, hearty and delicious.
