1 package refrigerated crescent rolls (8)

1 package Land O’Frost Premium smoked ham

Directions:

Pre-heat oven according to package (375 F)

Roll out the crescent rolls and separate the triangles, lay 2 slices of LOF Smoked Ham on the big end of the triangle – the edges of the meat will hang off, that’s okay.

Place 1 Tbsp of cheese blend in the center of the ham.

Roll up starting at the big end, place on baking sheet.

Repeat with the next 7.

Bake about 13 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the ham is sizzling and the cheese is all melted

I love spicy foods. I have been accused of being a tad obsessed with wing sauce, hot sauce, chipotles, jalapenos and salsas. This may or may not be true, you’ll have to try this recipe and let me know.

These are super simple wraps to make, really delicious, and you can adjust the heat to fit your particular palate.

Yields: 1 Wrap

Ingredients:

1 garden spinach wrap tortilla

7 oz Land O’Frost chicken

1 ½ C fresh spinach leaves

¼ fresh bleu cheese crumbles

½ C bleu cheese dressing

¼ red onion, sliced

1 tsp to 3 Tbsp Wing Sauce (depending on your spicy desires)

Directions:

Mix the bleu cheese, dressing and wing sauce in a bowl.

Spread some of the dressing mixture in the center of the wrap.

Top with ½ the chicken.

Layer spinach and red onions on top of this.

Drizzle more dressing.

Top with remaining chicken.

Starting at the outer edge of the wrap slowly start rolling up your wrap. *Tip: I tend to push the ingredients in towards the wrap as I’m rolling the tortilla towards them.

Place the wrap seam side down and slice in half at an angle.
