HOW TO PLAY

Find “Land O’Frost Premium® / Hall of Fame”  Game (The “Game”) game pieces inserted in specially-marked packages of Land O’Frost Premium® products from September 3, 2012 through December 5, 2012, or while supplies last, whichever occurs first. Each “Land O’Frost Premium® / Hall of Fame” Game game piece has a promotion code (“Promotion Code”) printed on it. To register and to enter your Promotion Code for a chance to win the prize drawing, visit www.landomoms.com (“Website”) between 9:59:59 a.m. ET on September 3, 2012 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 21, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”). Then, click on the special “Land O’Frost Premium® / Hall of Fame” Game icon to be redirected to the promotion page. Follow the on-screen instructions to register and enter your Promotion Code appearing on your game piece to be entered into the prize drawing. Entry limited to game pieces with valid Promotion Codes. Each online entry must contain a separate Promotion Code. Land O’Frost, Inc. (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for any game piece that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged, cut, torn, missing, damaged, contains printing, typographical or other errors, distributed where prohibited by law, not obtained legitimately and assumes no liability for retail packages not containing game pieces.

Residents of VT may omit return postage.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, damaged or postage-due entries. Any official game piece that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged, cut, torn, contains printing, typographical or other errors, distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained legitimately will be void.  If by reason of printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the prize in that category.  No more than advertised number of prizes will be awarded.  If specially-marked package does not contain a Promotion Code, you are not a winner and are not eligible for a prize (except for Third Prize, as more fully described below).  The submission of a prize claim is solely the responsibility of the participant.  Liability for game piece containing printing or other errors is limited to replacement with another game piece, while supplies last. Material submitted becomes the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Eligibility: Participation open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees of Land O’Frost, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Game, their immediate family members and persons living in the same households of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”)/Odds: A total of 8,000,000 game pieces will be available for distribution. (1) One Grand Prize: A VIP Trip package to attend a 2013 regular season professional football game with a Class of 2012 Pro Football Hall of Fame player (of winner’s choice – based on Sponsor’s approval and player availability) for up to four (4) persons. Grand Prize package consists of: Round trip air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guests between winner’s city of residence (or major gateway airport closest to winner’s city of residence) and game destination city; 2-day / 1-night hotel room accommodations, (based on two rooms, double occupancy); admission for four (4) to VIP suite for one (1) regular season professional football game; Pro Football Hall of Fame player attends the game and sits with winner and his/her guests during the game; and Sponsor-selected food service for four (4) during game. Exact football game / date / location will be determined based upon winner preference / VIP suite availability / Class of 2012 Hall of Fame Player availability; final determination will be based on winner’s preference, Sponsor’s approval and player’s availability. Sponsor will provide winner with a list of available game / date / location options from which to choose, with final decisions to be made by Sponsor. Maximum approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is: $10,000.00.

Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release/Prize Acceptance Form within fifteen (15) days of first attempted notification. Noncompliance with this time period may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize and an alternate may be selected. The Grand Prize winner’s guests (if under 18 years of age, guest’s parent or legal guardian must be the Grand Prize winner; and must sign on guest’s behalf) will be required to sign and return a Travel Companion Liability Release prior to ticketing / award of prize. The Grand Prize winner and his or her guests must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents prior to awarding of prize. Air transportation tickets – if applicable – are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Sponsor reserves the right to structure the travel route and select hotel in its sole discretion. ARV for travel prize may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the Grand Prize ARV in these Official Rules.  Trip does not include taxes, tips, gratuities, meals, service charges, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, airport charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above.  If, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to game destination city, Sponsor will substitute air transportation with ground transportation between winner’s residence and game destination city, and the difference in value will not be awarded. In the event any scheduled Grand Prize event, appearance by selected Pro Football Hall of Fame player, and/or any other component of the prize is cancelled, delayed, or postponed for any reason outside the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor will have no further obligation, other than to award the remainder of the prize.  In the event Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel companions engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel companion home with no further compensation.

The Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companions must complete travel by December 31, 2013 and must travel on dates approved by the Sponsor. Dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  If the Grand Prize winner is unable to participate in the Grand Prize trip during dates approved by Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety.  Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received and will be no greater than 1:8,000,000.

Five (5) First Prizes: A Pro Football Hall of Fame football autographed by a Pro Football Hall of Fame member. Approximate retail value of each First Prize is $400.00. Odds of winning a First Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received and will be no greater than 1:1,600,000. Twenty-Five (25) Second Prizes: Pro Football Hall of Fame mini-helmet autographed by a Pro Football Hall of Fame member. Approximate retail value of each Second Prize is $100.00. Odds of winning a Second Prize will be no greater than: 1:320,000. (100,000) Third Prizes: Each Second Prize is a Hall of Fame Trading Card. Approximate retail value of each Third Prize is $0.15. Odds of winning a Second Prize: 1:80.

Approximate retail value of all available prizes is $29,500.00. Limit (1) one Grand, First or Second prize per person.

How To Win / Prize Drawing / Selection of Winners: If you receive a Hall of Fame Trading Card with your game piece, you are a Third Prize winner. All other prizes will be awarded via random drawing. On or around January 5, 2013, a random drawing will be conducted by an independent organization from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The decision of the judges will be final and binding in all matters.

Grand, First and Second Prize winners will be notified by email, phone and/or mail on or about five (5) days after the drawing. Return of any prize notification or prize mailing as undeliverable will result in disqualification. All potential Grand, First and Second Prize winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.  In the event that any potential Grand, First and Second Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Allow 6-8 weeks for prize fulfillment.  Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

Conditions of Participation:  All costs and expenses incurred in connection with redeeming, accepting, or using a prize that is not specifically provided for herein is solely the responsibility of the applicable prize winner. Entrants are solely responsible for participating in the Game during the Promotion Period and properly claiming a prize if selected as a winner. No cash equivalents, prize substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects, and to release Land O’Frost, Inc., the Pro Football Hall of Fame and all other companies associated with the “Land O’Frost / Hall of Fame Game” from all claims or liability relating to your participation or acceptance or use of prizes, and their affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising or promotion agencies. Neither Land O’Frost, Inc, nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising or promotion agencies are responsible for incorrect game piece or Promotion Code printing. Acceptance of a prize shall be construed as and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration, review, approval or payment, where allowed by law. All Game materials subject to verification.  The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities, if any, incurred by a winner as a result of this Game and on any prize won is the sole responsibility of the winner.

Internet: Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Game is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Game, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Game and to award the Grand, First and Second prizes via a random drawing from among all valid eligible entries received up to the point of the action taken by the Sponsor. Caution: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
