  1. How To Play: Participants must submit valid form of photo ID via email or mail, along with mailing address to receive prize. Those name Sam, Samuel, Samantha, Sammy or other variation of the name Sam (must include letters S, A and M in that order) will receive one (1) coupon for a free package of Land O’Frost lunch meat. Validity of name’s relation to “Sam” is up to the discretion of Land O’Frost. Participants may blur or black out any personal information, including driver’s license ID number and social security number, but must keep address and name visible for consideration. Personal information will not be used by Land O’Frost or any third parties. One grand prize will be given to the first baby named Sam (or some variation) born on Nov. 3, 2011. Legal guardian of baby must send in a copy of the birth certificate by email or mail (as outlined above) by Nov. 4 for consideration.
  2. Prizes & Retail Value: Price of Land O’Frost lunch meat varies based on retailer and brand. Approximate value of $5 – $10. Maximum giveaways will not exceed $5,000 or 500 recipients. Lifetime supply of lunchmeat refers to time frame within a child’s school years (age 5 – 18) at one (1) package per month, or a total of 156 packages of Land O’Frost lunch meat, an approximate retail value of $780.
  3. Selection of Winners: Land O’Frost will collect entries starting Tuesday, Nov. 1 through Friday Nov. 4. All entries must be received by Nov. 4 for consideration. Land O’Frost will mail one (1) coupon to each participant named Sam (or some variation) by Friday, Nov. 11. Only one submission per name and address will be eligible.
  4. Rights & Ownership: Land O’Frost reserves the right to publish the number of submissions via LandOMoms.com, LandOFrost.com, twitter.com/LandOFrost and Facebook.com/LandOFrost. Land O’Frost will not publish or distribute any personal information received during this promotion.
