1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Enter to win the “Land O’Frost/Touchdown Dads” Contest by visiting LandOMoms.com or emailing contest entry information to info@landomoms.com.
2. How To Play: Between June 6, 2011 and June 17, 2011 (the “Promotion Period”) participants must submit a description of a “Touchdown Dad” moment (defined as a time when the dad in their lives did something great), along with the entrant’s valid name, address, email and phone number to info@landomoms.com. Description must remain less than 150 words total. Limit one (1) entry per household address over the course of the Promotion Period.
3. Prizes & Retail Value: One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize is a trip for four (4) – winner and up to three (3) travelling companions, all of whom must travel on the same itinerary –  to the 2011 Pro Football Hall Of Fame Enshrinement Event in Canton, OH. Prize includes airfare from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Canton, OH or Cleveland, OH, three nights hotel accommodations (quadruple occupancy), ground transportation to and from the airport, admission to the HOF Parade, pre-enshrinement brunch, and VIP seats at enshrinement ceremony, game day lunch with HOF player (subject to availability), tailgate party, four (4) tickets to HOF game. Date for this trip is August 5-7, 2011. Approximate Retail Value is $4,900. Actual value may vary based on point of departure.
4. Selection of Winners: Land O’Frost will collect entries starting Monday June 6, 2011 through Friday, June 17, 2011. A panel of Land O’Frost judges will select the five (5) best entries, based on originality (50% of total score), wholesomeness (20% of total score) and creativity (30% of total score). The top five judged entries will then be placed on Facebook.com/LandOFrost on Monday, June 20, 2011 for public voting. The entry receiving the most “likes” on Facebook between June 20, 2011 and June 26, 2011 will be declared the winner. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of valid entries received during the Promotion Period. No incomplete entries accepted; entrant must submit all required information to be eligible to win. Entry must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe on any third party copyrights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual property rights.
5. Rights & Ownership: Land O’Frost reserves the right to publish all submissions via LandOMoms.com, LandOFrost.com, twitter.com/LandOFrost and Facebook.com/LandOFrost.
6. Eligibility: Game open to legal residents of the US 18 years of age and older. Employees of Land O’Frost, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Contest, their immediate family members and persons living in the same households of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. If the potential grand prize winner declines the grand prize, they forfeit the prize and/or prize value and the sponsor may elect to award the prize to entrant receiving the second-highest number of votes on Facebook.
7. Conditions of Participation: Entrants are solely responsible for participating in the Contest during the Promotion Period and properly claiming a prize if selected as a winner. No prize substitution or transfer of prize prior to awarding. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects, and to release Land O’Frost, Inc. and all other companies associated with the “Land O’Frost / Touchdown Dads Contest” from all claims or liability relating to your participation or acceptance or use of prizes. Acceptance of a prize shall be construed as and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration, review, approval or payment, where allowed by law. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes in be awarded.
8. Internet: Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of the Contest and to award all remaining prizes via valid Internet entries received up to the point of the action taken by the Sponsor and all valid mail-in entries received during the Promotion Period . Caution: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
