Sizzlingly-Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Yields: 1 Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 garden spinach wrap tortilla
  • 7 oz Land O’Frost chicken
  • 1 ½ C fresh spinach leaves
  • ¼ fresh bleu cheese crumbles
  • ½ C bleu cheese dressing
  • ¼ red onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp to 3 Tbsp Wing Sauce (depending on your spicy desires)

Directions:

  1. Mix the bleu cheese, dressing and wing sauce in a bowl.
  2. Spread some of the dressing mixture in the center of the wrap.
  3. Top with ½ the chicken.
  4. Layer spinach and red onions on top of this.
  5. Drizzle more dressing.
  6. Top with remaining chicken.
  7. Starting at the outer edge of the wrap slowly start rolling up your wrap. *Tip: I tend to push the ingredients in towards the wrap as I’m rolling the tortilla towards them.
  8. Place the wrap seam side down and slice in half at an angle.
