Yields: 1 breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of sandwich bread
  • 2 pieces of Land O’Frost Honey Smoked Turkey Breast
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 piece of sliced cheese (optional)
  • Seasoning (I use Cajun)

Directions:

  1. Toast your bread in a toaster and cook your turkey breast meat in a small egg pan at the same time.
  2. When the toast pops out put your meat on the toast. Cook the egg in your egg pan, breaking the yoke. Flip egg, and when done slide on top of your toast and meat. If using cheese, place on meat, under egg.

Sprinkle with season. Eat and enjoy.
