Internet Service Required to Enter

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Enter to win the “Land O’Frost / Father’s Day” promotion by visiting LandOMoms.com or emailing information to info@landomoms.com. There is no purchase necessary.

2. How To Play: Participants must answer “The dad in my life is a Hall of Fame dad because ___________” along with a valid name, address, email and phone number to info@landomoms.com. Answer must be between 10 – 100 words total.

3. Prizes & Retail Value: One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize is a trip for four (4) to the 2010 Pro Football Hall Of Fame Enshrinement Event in Canton, OH. Prize includes airfare from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Canton, OH or Cleveland, OH, three nights of accommodations, ground transportation to and from the airport, HOF Parade, pre-enshrinement brunch, VIP seats at ceremony, game day lunch with HOF player, tailgate party, tickets to HOF game. Date for this trip is August 6-9, 2010. Average Retail Value is $4,900. Actual value may vary based on point of departure.

4. Selection of Winners: Land O’Frost will collect entries from May 28, 2010, through June 18, 2010. On June 20, one (1) winner will be chosen based on creativity, originality and wholesomeness. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of valid entries received during the submission period. Must submit all required information to be eligible to win. Entry must be own original work and not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual property rights.

5. Rights & Ownership: Land O’Frost reserves the right to publish all submissions via LandOMoms.com, LandOFrost.com, twitter.com/LandOFrost and Facebook.com/LandOFrost.

6. Eligibility,: Game open to legal residents of the U.S. 18 years of age and older. The winner must meet this age minimum and the winner’s chosen guests must be approved for participation by a legal guardian. Employees of Land O’Frost, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Game, their immediate family members and persons living in the same households of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. If the winner declines the grand prize, they forfeit the prize and/or prize value, and the sponsor will chose a new winner.

7. Conditions of Participation: Entrants are solely responsible for participating in the Game during the Promotion Period and properly claiming a prize if selected as a winner. No prize substitution or transfer of prize prior to awarding. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects, and to release Land O’Frost, Inc. and all other companies associated with the “Land O’Frost ‘Hall of Fame Dad’ Father’s Day” promotion from all claims or liability relating to your participation or acceptance or use of prizes. Acceptance of a prize shall be construed as and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration, review, approval or payment, where allowed by law. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes in be awarded. Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release/Prize Acceptance Form within 15 days of first attempted notification. Noncompliance with this time period may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize and an alternate may be selected. The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities, if any, incurred by a winner as a result of this Game and on any prize won is the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winners will receive a 1099 tax form for the approximate retail value of their prize.

8. Internet: Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Game, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of the Game and to award all remaining prizes via valid Internet entries received up to the point of the action taken by the Sponsor and all valid mail-in entries received during the Promotion Period. Caution: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
