My 13 year old loves Pizza bubble bread. Sometimes to change it out we use ham or turkey lunch meats instead of pepperoni and whatever sauces are around or sometimes Ranch salad dressing. The original recipe is to use one container of refrigerated biscuits cutting each biscuit into fourths. Mix with one cup pizza sauce(or any other sauce or dressing you like), Pepperoni(or any lunch meat or other types of toppings)and 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (or any other type of cheese you like). Place a microwavable custard cup upsidedown in the center of a glass pie plate and grease or spray well with a non-stick spray. Make a ring around the custard cup in the pie plate with the biscuit/toppings mixture and microwave on high for about 4-5 minutes depending on your microwave. The biscuit part should’nt be doughy. Let cool a few minutes and when cool enough to touch let everyone dig in. This is a great dish for the kids to help make!
Ham and turkey roll-ups are wonderful filled with cream-cheese and green onion on cream cheese bits of olive they also make beautiful appetizer trays to serve to guest.

My 5th grader loves this high fiber, high protein snack. And it’s quick to make. Ham and cheese quesadila
1 large high fiber flour tortilla
3 slices of ham
1/4 cup of favorite cheese
Warm griddle slighly coated with butter. Place tortilla on griddle and cover one half with cheese and ham. Fold tortilla in half and cook on each side for a minute or less (adjust for soft or crispy).
Remove the quesadilla from the griddle and cut into wedges. Its great with salsa, ranch dressing, or your favorite condiment.
The honey ham makes a great breakfast sandwich with a wheat english muffin and an pouched egg. Low in fat! I like to add a little dijon mustard for added flavor. Delicious!
We make turkey rollups with American cheese as a snack.
That sounds really tasty.
