Snacks Checklist
Here is a great list of energy-boosting snacks that are easy to take and eat on-the-go. Whether it be a quick dinner in the car or just to tide you over, these snack choices are sure to hit the spot!
- Meat and cheese roll-ups
- Homemade trail mix – mix and match your favorite dried fruits and nuts for a healthy treat
- Fruit – try bananas and apples – they tend to be more durable. Or cut up fruit and package it in individual-sized containers.
- String cheese
- Peanut butter and banana sandwiches – try putting in a pita to make it more spill-proof for the car
- Granola bars
- Beverage (H2O) to make sure the kids stay hydrated

My kids always get a snack after soccer. Normally it is a bag of cookies and a sport drink (given by parents on the team). Does anyone have other simple but healthy ideas. What about yogurt collusions? Does that sound appropriate?
you could try those or you can have them vote on snacks at a get together that the parents can hold
